During the course:
- you will learn the principles of dealing with overloads and critical injuries
- you will learn assessment techniques, training modification strategies, when and how to exclude an athlete from the main training, and when it can be modified so that the athlete remains active
- you will analyze critical injury cases, decisions regarding exclusion from training, introduction of replacement training
- you will learn the decision-making process: when and how to send an athlete to the sidelines, how to return to training
- you will learn pre-season testing techniques and monitoring athletes during the season (both healthy and injured)
- you will familiarize yourself with the topic of pre-race and in-season recovery, with an emphasis on when and what methods of biological recovery are most effective
- you will create action plans and discuss practical aspects of managing overloads and injuries.

This workshop aims to provide not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical tools that physiotherapists and coaches can immediately apply in their work with athletes and patients practicing semi-amateur sports, both in individual and team disciplines.
