Adam Sobstyl is a graduate of the Medical University of Gdansk. He is a physiotherapist with many years of experience in sport, being both an active sportsman. He specialises in injuries and ailments of the musculoskeletal system, in particular: muscle injuries, overload injuries, knee, hip and shoulder injuries and ailments, the process of returning to sport after injury and rehabilitation after orthopaedic surgery. She mainly uses active forms of rehabilitation and elements of manual techniques: trigger point therapy, MTG, dry needling, orthopaedic manual therapy.
